THANK YOU
I want to thank the following individuals who have made a considerable, positive, impactful, contribution in my life concerning Special Needs, while on my journey of finding out who I am. Your words of wisdom and encouragement have kept me going through all that I have gone through then and today.

Thank You!

To my mother, Connie, there are simply not enough words created in the English language that would be able to convey or express how much I love you and how thankful and blessed that I am to have such a wonderful Mom, as my Mom :-)
Dr. Martin Rohling, who is the one who gave me my diagnosis of a Math Disorder in 2009. If you hadn't given me that life changing information I don't know where I would be today.

Melissa Womble (Graduate Examiner), thank you for taking the time to get such detailed readings from me while administering the test, and for your patience.

Dr. Johnny Davis - MCPSS Special Education Resource Teacher. You gave me a job to help make a difference as a Paraprofessional and it turned out that doing so enabled me to review my own life as a Special Needs individual. You gave me the opportunity to relive my childhood life and as I stated the interview, I would take that experience and help to bring about a greater awareness of Special Needs individuals.

Annette Young ("Mr. Williyams",.......Yes mam?:-). Thank you so much for being such a mentor for me while learning how to become a Para-Professional. As I shared with you many times while in class, if I had only had a teacher like you when I was a kid in school, my entire life would have been totally and completely different, because of your kindness, directness, and caring heart. It was wonderful working under you and being a student of yours too. Because of all the basic things that I missed learning in school when I was a kid, I certainly had to learn them all over with you as my teacher, about thirty years later.

Anita Byrd - Mrs. Byrd was my 4th grade teacher who made me stay after school to learn my math and multiplication tables. She then would drive me home afterwards. She was such a wonderful teacher with a caring heart who was just such a wonderful teacher. I don't know what has become of her.

Nichole Butler - Nichole Butler was probably the most inspirational friend that I have ever had. She has had more confidence in me as a Special Needs individual than anyone whom I have ever encountered. She is the reason that I became a Para-professional. As she always has told me concerning any challenge that I faced, "You got this" or "You Rock". Yes, those are the words from a true Special Needs teacher. Thanks. I needed those words so much and so many times,...............but you didn't even know it, because, I never told you what all I was going through. And, I never told you about my life as a Special Needs individual and Disabled Veteran that much because at the time, I didn't even know who I was or becoming. That is how and why I could tell you exactly what your Special Needs students were thinking and going through when others could not reach them, and able to give you spot on advice how to reach them. Because, that was how it was for me. It was just like I was sitting in your classroom, looking through your student's eyes, when I was a kid. I remember everything as if it was last week. We never forget a traumatic event that has happened in our lives. As I have told you before,.....I remember being born and being an infant.
Now you know.

Thank You All.
